Booking Terms
When you make a booking with us:
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability
- You are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, Swish, and bank transfers. All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in tours is at your own risk. Private Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by our negligence.
Tour Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Follow the guide's instructions at all times
- Behave respectfully towards other participants and public spaces
- Not engage in illegal activities during the tour

Governing Law
