48+ hours before tour
Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a complete refund to your original payment method.
24–48 hours before tour
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund.
Under 24 hours / no-show
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable as guides and logistics are fully committed.
A simple three-step process to cancel or modify your booking.
Contact us via email or phone with your booking reference to initiate a cancellation.
We review your request and confirm the applicable refund tier within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your booking confirmation link. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation time is calculated from the scheduled tour start time.
For group bookings of 8 or more participants, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Partial cancellations reducing the group below the minimum size may be subject to adjusted pricing.
In the event of severe weather or force majeure circumstances, we will offer a full refund or free rebooking at your convenience. Our guides monitor conditions and will proactively contact you if a tour cannot safely proceed.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
